Refund Policy

At Big Mamaz Kitchen & Catering, every order is prepared fresh and made to order. Because of the nature of our food products, all sales are final.

Deposits

Catering deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits secure your event date and cover planning and preparation.

Order Cancellations

Orders canceled 72 hours or more before the scheduled pickup or delivery may receive credit toward a future order(management approval required).
Order canceled less then 72 hours before pickup or delivery are non-refundable.

Food Orders

Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on prepared food once it has been picked up or delivered.

Order Issues

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving it. We will work with you to make it right if an error was made on our part.

Delivery

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the schedule delivery time. Big Mamaz Kitchen & Catering is not responsible for food quality after delivery has been completed.
